Offered me the most flexible and rewarding opportunity to earn money in my free time

I have been working permanently for a community college for the past 20 years. As my three children reached college age, my expenses increased and my regular salaried income did not keep up with the cost of living. However, I wanted to help my children attend college and be able to fulfill their dreams. So I started looking into doing extra side work in the evening or weekends. After looking around for a while, I found out that driving for Lyft and later Uber, offered me the most flexible and rewarding opportunity to earn money in my free time. I have been driving for both companies since July 2019 and I have completed more than 2800 trips since then. In addition to helping my kids, I also assist my both parents with monetary supplements on a regular basis. I would like to be able to continue to work as an independent contractor with the same level of flexibility so I can help my family.
